House Cleaning
Regular cleaning in a bit more detail.
This service costs £9.00/hour, with each cleaning job lasting a minimum of 3 hours. To arrange a free initial consultation with a cleaning manager over the telephone or arrange a visit from your designated cleaner please call us on 020 8993 3517 or get in contact via info@londondomestic.com.
We provide:
- a free, initial phone consultation, followed by fully insured, regular cleaning with your designated cleaner
Whilst you are expected to provide:
- cleaning products and necessary cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners
Payment:
- you pay your cleaner £7/hour on a session by session basis, plus a £2.00/hour insurance/agency fee paid by standing order every four weeks in advance to the London Domestic bank account.
Blitz cleaning is our one-off intensive service.
This service costs £15/hour, with each cleaning job lasting a minimum of 4 hours. Blitz cleaning is a popular service for professional management companies, estate agents and concierge services. It is often used for a post party clean-up as well as for end of tenancy cleans.
It is more expensive than regular cleaning as it tends to be far more intensive. Regular customers have the insurance/agency costs spread throughout the year, whereas with one-off cleans you do not.
We provide:
- a free, initial phone consultation (with visit if necessary), followed by a fully insured blitz clean with your cleaner or cleaners
Whilst you are expected to provide:
- cleaning products and necessary cleaning equipment. If a carpet cleaner is required please inform us prior to the blitz clean being undertaken
Payment:
- you pay your cleaner £7/hour on a session by session basis, plus a £2.00/hour insurance/agency fee paid by standing order every four weeks in advance to the London Domestic bank account.
