About Housekeepers & Mother's Helpers

Housekeepers
A Housekeeper is someone who is responsible for running your household, and this does not refer simply to cleaning, a housekeeper’s duties can be far more wide reaching than that.
The difference between a housekeeper and a cleaner is that the housekeeper works usually only for a single employer, taking care of all the different tasks needed for running the household, from general cleaning, to shopping, from polishing the silver to helping out at dinner parties.

Mother's Helpers
A Mother's Helper essentially helps out a stay-at-home parent or a family needing extra help while they are home. A Mother's Helper mostly works under some supervision to handle all aspects of child care, errands, easy meal preparation and light house work.
Because of the varied duties and because an adult is often in the home as well, the role is different than that of a babysitter, nanny or in-home provider. London Domestic can provide excellent people to help families all over the capital.
We recognise that our services will be assessed by a discerning audience – our clients – and always endeavour to match the client brief exactly. You can rely on us to find you the perfect housekeeper or helper.
Wherever you are in the world sourcing hard working, dependable household staff can be a very time consuming, difficult and tough challenge. London Domestic is the perfect agency to deal with your needs as we have a vast network across the capital.
